Our store represents a collection of products and services from multiple 3rd party developers and providers in the Miva Merchant community. If you require assistance using our website to purchase these products and services, please feel free to use our contact form or when available click on our Live Sales Chat link.
Please understand, however, that while we are very knowledgeable in all things Miva Merchant and in general in what the products on this site are designed to do, we cannot provide technical support for the actual products. Our support system is designed to get you in touch with the right vendor and not to provide real time live support for these products.
Module and Installation Support
Module and installation support is provided exclusively by the module provider. Please contact the partner who created the product using the form below.
Returns and Refunds
All products sold at mvt:rocks! carry a 30 day return and refund policy if they do not perform as advertised or if you cannot get sufficient support from the developer to implement the advertised features in your store. However there are a few requirements you must meet in order to qualify for the 30 day return and refund. Please read these qualifications and instructions carefully to ensure your refund can be processed.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund requirements:
- You MUST uninstall the module or product from your store and/or website!
- You MUST contact the developer for support first, and only then if it doesn't work request a refund here
- Service fees for installations are non-refundable, even if you return the product.
- Closing your store isn't a valid reason to request a refund.
Return/Refund Form
If you have multiple return requests, a NEW FORM must be submitted for each product returned. Please complete this form carefully as all information is required in order to complete your return/refund request. Product keys will be disabled after you request a refund.
Privacy and Personal Information
When you purchase products or services from our store, we collect personal information from you including your name, e-mail address, billing address, store URL, credit card or other payment information, and a password. We may also collect additional information in order to provision your products and/or services. We use third party products and services to contact you if you provide us permission to send you newsletters including industry recognized and reputable firms who provide similar privacy policies such as ConstantContact.com. In certain circumstances, we provide your full contact information to these and trusted 3rd party companies in order to provide modules and service to you.
We take customer privacy very seriously. We do not sell or disseminated (except in cases where required to by law by law enforcement agencies) the personal information of our customers to unauthorized third parties. We use customer information for the purposes of creating and maintaining individual customer accounts, contacting customers in case of a problem with their account, sending personal information, for statistical purposes, to administer our systems, to conduct surveys, to administer drawings or contests, and to provide technical support.
We may also collect the URL from which you linked into our site, your IP address, and your browser type and version, and may install a session tracking cookie in your browser for the purpose of maintaining state information. Web browser and internet related statistics are collected in an anonymous manner without being linked to any of your personal information.
